For me, great clinical supervision is all about blending support, challenge, and growth in a way that empowers social workers to navigate their practice with confidence, integrity, and resilience. I work with social workers who are not just passionate about the field—they’re committed to building a private practice that aligns with their values and vision, on their terms.
My focus is to create a safe, collaborative, goal-driven, and non-judgmental space where supervisees feel comfortable to reflect on their work, explore strengths, and identify areas for growth. Supervision with me is action-focused and rooted in practical, hands-on experience, prioritizing ethical care, client well-being, and the supervisee’s professional journey. It’s about more than managing day-to-day—it’s about aligning with core values, building resilience, and creating a sustainable path forward.
I also bring business support, guiding social workers through the unique challenges of private practice so they can shape a career they love and find meaning in. This may mean creating courses, a podcast, educational resources, or perhaps exploring speaking, events, or workshops. My passion for social work and education fuels my approach, offering a balance of guidance and autonomy to nurture both personal and professional growth.
Through a coaching lens, I encourage social workers to set meaningful goals, map out actionable steps, and build a strong foundation for a fulfilling career. Whether it’s about working toward clinical designation, mental health accreditation, or refining their practice, effective supervision with me is about leading with purpose, clarity, and confidence—staying anchored in the values that make our work matter.
